Job Security Meter provides a one-time digital informational product: a personalized AI-generated Career Roadmap. Unlike traditional software subscriptions (SaaS), our Service utilizes significant computational resources and specialized AI models at the moment of generation to provide immediate, unique value.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and the non-recoverable computational costs associated with each generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been processed and a roadmap generation has been initiated.
3. Exceptional Technical Issues
If you believe a technical error occurred (e.g., you were charged but the roadmap failed to generate or was inaccessible), please contact us within 7 days of the purchase. We will investigate and, if a verifiable technical failure is found on our part, we will provide a complimentary re-evaluation credit or a manual roadmap generation.
