1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AI Job Security Meter (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service (Disclaimer of Liability)

The analysis, score, and roadmap generated by our Service are probable statistical outcomes based on patterns identified in resumes and LinkedIn profiles. They are not guaranteeable facts, nor are they a direct, absolute evaluation of your literal reality by our employed LLM models.

Technical Variance: Due to the non-deterministic nature of large language models (LLMs), you may notice minor fluctuations (a few points difference) in scores or analysis outputs when re-running the same resume. This is a normal technical behavior of advanced AI systems and does not indicate a system error.

The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. We are not liable for any financial, career, mental, decisional, or delusional losses incurred by relying on this information. We are here to provide valuable insights so you can plan for the future, but you retain ultimate responsibility for your own career decisions.

Aggregate Benchmarking: We utilize anonymized analytical data (including scores and job types) to calculate global industry averages and percentile rankings. This data is used in an aggregated, non-identifiable manner to provide all users with relative benchmarking context against other professionals evaluated on the platform.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide you with this Service, we deeply integrate with the following third parties. By using the Service, you agree to their respective terms and data processing policies:

• Proprietary AI Analysis Pipelines: Used for secure, anonymous analytical extraction of unstructured text data.
• Dodo Payments: Used for processing premium roadmap transactions securely.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Used to measure anonymous website traffic interactions.

4. Premium Purchases & Roadmap Credits

When you purchase a Premium Roadmap for $7.99, you are granted two (2) roadmap credits. Each credit entitles you to one (1) full AI-powered roadmap generation. This typically includes one (1) initial roadmap and one (1) future re-evaluation credit.

Credit Usage: One (1) credit is consumed immediately upon successful generation of a roadmap. Credits are tied to your account and do not expire, but they are consumed regardless of whether you choose to download or interact with the final output.

Reward Credits: At our sole discretion, administrators may manually grant additional complimentary roadmap credits to users who provide exceptionally valuable product feedback or participate in user research. These reward credits hold no cash value and are subject to the same terms as standard credits.

Final Sale Policy: Job Security Meter is a one-time informational product, not a recurring SaaS subscription. Given the significant computational resources utilized by our specialized AI partners to generate these personalized insights, all sales are final and non-refundable once payments are made.

If you are unsatisfied with your result or believe there was a technical error, you can contact support or provide feedback. Your insights are valuable to us as we continue to refine our AI models.

5. User Identity & Account Integrity

The "included re-evaluation" is strictly limited to the individual whose identity is extracted from the initial resume upload. You may not share your account or utilize the included re-evaluation for a different person's career path. We reserve the right to block generations that deviate from the original candidate identity.

6. Fair Use & Limits

Every free feature on the Service is powered by paid AI models, so we enforce fair-use limits to keep the platform stable and available. Creating a free account raises these limits:

• Job Security Analysis: 1 per 48 hours anonymously; 5 per 24 hours when signed in.
• Resume Maximiser (free scan): 2 per 24 hours anonymously; 5 per 24 hours when signed in.

Anonymous usage is measured per network address, and account usage per account. We may adjust these limits at any time, and we reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we detect automated scraping, limit circumvention, or other abuse of the Service.

7. Resume Maximiser (Free Scan & AI Resume Rewrite)

Resume Maximiser is the single product covering resume analysis and rewriting on this Service. It replaces the tool previously offered as "ATS Tailor," which has been retired; these terms govern all resume scanning and rewriting features regardless of the name under which you first encountered them.

The free scan returns an indicative hiring-signal score, a breakdown across several dimensions, and a shortlist of issues detected in your resume. Scores are produced by AI models and are an estimate for guidance only - they are not produced by, endorsed by, or predictive of the behaviour of any specific employer or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The AI Resume Rewrite is a paid, one-time product purchased at the fee shown at checkout. It reads the resume you upload, together with the answers you give in the personalisation questions, and returns a rewritten, ATS-oriented version as a downloadable PDF. It is not a subscription, and it does not include ongoing edits, revisions, or human review.

What we do not guarantee: We do not guarantee an interview, a job offer, a higher score, compatibility with any particular ATS, or that every section, date, or detail is parsed and reproduced perfectly. Resumes vary enormously in layout and wording, and automated parsing is imperfect by nature. Content may occasionally be mis-grouped, reworded in a way you disagree with, or omitted.

Your responsibility to review: You must read the rewritten resume in full and verify every fact - employers, titles, dates, metrics, and technologies - before sending it to anyone. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any resume you submit to an employer. Do not rely on the output being factually correct without checking it.

No refunds: The AI Resume Rewrite is a one-time digital product that is delivered and consumed the moment it is generated, and the AI processing cost is incurred at that point and cannot be recovered. Because we are explicit above that we cannot promise perfect or fully accurate results, the purchase is final and non-refundable, including where you are dissatisfied with the wording, structure, formatting, or score impact of the output. Please review the free scan and the disclaimers on this page before purchasing. Nothing in this paragraph limits any refund right you may have that cannot be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.

If something is genuinely broken: If a generation fails outright, produces an empty or unusable document, or is not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, that is not a matter of dissatisfaction - contact support and we will re-run the generation for you at no additional charge.

Storage: Free scans are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. When you purchase a rewrite, we store the resume text and the generated result so you can access and download it again later. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as updated.

9. Data Accuracy & Fact-Check Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest level of accuracy, the information displayed across the Service including role-specific salary ranges, automation risk percentages, and industry trends is gathered through automated research pipelines and third-party data sources.

As a solo-maintained project that relies on automation to process vast amounts of industry data, we cannot guarantee the 100% authenticity, real-time accuracy, or completeness of every data point. You acknowledge and agree that factual discrepancies, outdated figures, or mismatching information may occasionally appear.

If you identify an error or a fact that requires correction, please contact support. We will make every effort to verify and rectify reported issues at the earliest opportunity. By using the Service, you agree that we are not responsible for any career or financial decisions made based on potentially incorrect or mismatching facts.

10. Advertising & Featured Content

The Service may display advertisements, featured projects, or curated partner links ("Promotional Content"). This content may include other products developed by us or third-party vendor offerings.

Sole Discretion: We maintain the absolute and sole right to decide which projects, products, or vendors are permitted to be featured on our platform. The inclusion of any vendor is at our exclusive discretion and does not constitute an endorsement.

Non-Personalized Ads: To protect your privacy, we do not show personalized or behavioral advertisements. All Promotional Content is displayed based on the general context of the platform and is entirely irrelevant to your specific personal data, resume contents, or search history. We do not sell or use your uploaded data to serve targeted ads.

11. Communications & Marketing

By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to receive periodic operational, educational, and promotional communications from us. These may include updates on industry layoff trends, career strategy tips, and promotional offers (such as our Premium Career Roadmap).

Zero Spam Promise: We respect your inbox. Our communications are strictly focused on providing high-signal career insights. We will never sell or rent your email address to third-party marketers or data brokers.

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from promotional or marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of our emails. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional emails, you may still receive essential transactional emails regarding your account or purchases.
