By accessing and using the AI Job Security Meter (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service (Disclaimer of Liability)

The analysis, score, and roadmap generated by our Service are probable statistical outcomes based on patterns identified in resumes and LinkedIn profiles. They are not guaranteeable facts, nor are they a direct, absolute evaluation of your literal reality by our employed LLM models.

Technical Variance: Due to the non-deterministic nature of large language models (LLMs), you may notice minor fluctuations (a few points difference) in scores or analysis outputs when re-running the same resume. This is a normal technical behavior of advanced AI systems and does not indicate a system error.

The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. We are not liable for any financial, career, mental, decisional, or delusional losses incurred by relying on this information. We are here to provide valuable insights so you can plan for the future, but you retain ultimate responsibility for your own career decisions.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide you with this Service, we deeply integrate with the following third parties. By using the Service, you agree to their respective terms and data processing policies:

• Proprietary AI Analysis Pipelines: Used for secure, anonymous analytical extraction of unstructured text data.
• Dodo Payments: Used for processing premium roadmap transactions securely.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Used to measure anonymous website traffic interactions.

4. Premium Purchases, Entitlements & Refunds

When you purchase a Premium Roadmap for $7.99, you are entitled to two (2) roadmap generations: one (1) initial roadmap and one (1) free re-evaluation (inclusive of resume updates).

Final Sale Policy: Job Security Meter is a one-time informational product, not a recurring SaaS subscription. Given the significant computational resources utilized by our specialized AI partners to generate these personalized insights, all sales are final and non-refundable once payments are made.

If you are unsatisfied with your result or believe there was a technical error, you can contact support or provide feedback. Your insights are valuable to us as we continue to refine our AI models.

5. User Identity & Account Integrity

The "included re-evaluation" is strictly limited to the individual whose identity is extracted from the initial resume upload. You may not share your account or utilize the included re-evaluation for a different person's career path. We reserve the right to block generations that deviate from the original candidate identity.

6. Fair Use & Limits

To ensure platform stability, we enforce daily fair-use limits on free analyses:

• Anonymous Users: Limited to 3 analyses per 24-hour period.
• Authenticated Users: Limited to 5 analyses per 24-hour period.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as updated.

8. Data Accuracy & Fact-Check Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest level of accuracy, the information displayed across the Service—including role-specific salary ranges, automation risk percentages, and industry trends—is gathered through automated research pipelines and third-party data sources.

As a solo-maintained project that relies on automation to process vast amounts of industry data, we cannot guarantee the 100% authenticity, real-time accuracy, or completeness of every data point. You acknowledge and agree that factual discrepancies, outdated figures, or mismatching information may occasionally appear.

If you identify an error or a fact that requires correction, please contact support. We will make every effort to verify and rectify reported issues at the earliest opportunity. By using the Service, you agree that we are not responsible for any career or financial decisions made based on potentially incorrect or mismatching facts.
